About the Role:

We are looking for a

creative and data-driven Social Media Executive/Manager

to manage and grow our presence on

Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube

. The ideal candidate understands

social media algorithms, content optimization, and engagement strategies

to drive

organic growth and brand visibility

.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end social media operations Plan & execute monthly content calendar Create, curate & publish posts, reels, shorts, videos Optimize content for Instagram, LinkedIn & YouTube Track analytics & prepare reports Engage with audience via comments & DMs Collaborate with internal teams to maintain brand consistency

Required Skills:

Proven experience with Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Knowledge of algorithms, hashtags, keywords, posting strategies Basic video & content knowledge (reels, shorts, thumbnails) Strong copywriting & communication skills Creative and growth-oriented mindset

Good to Have:

Basic video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro) IT / Tech industry experience Paid ads knowledge (optional)
