We are looking for a

smart, intelligent, and proactive Social Media Assistant

who can

think independently

, take ownership of tasks, and help build our social media presence

without day-to-day supervision

This is not a basic posting or scheduling role.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

Independently plan

weekly & monthly social media content

Understand brand tone and create content accordingly Suggest new content ideas, formats, and trends Analyze what competitors are doing and improve upon it

Growth & Engagement

Actively monitor comments, DMs, and replies Engage with followers and relevant pages to improve reach Understand basics of

organic growth, hashtags, reels, and trends

Performance & Reporting

Track post performance (reach, engagement, saves, clicks) Share simple weekly insights: what worked & what didn't Suggest improvements based on data, not guesswork

Required Skills & Qualities

Strong English communication

(written & basic spoken) Ability to

think independently

and take decisions Creative mindset with logical thinking Good understanding of Instagram & Facebook (LinkedIn is a plus) Comfortable working without a Social Media Manager

Experience Level

1-3 years preferred

Freshers with strong thinking ability & social media understanding may apply

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
