Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Coordinate with designers to develop creatives, reels, and short-form video content
Manage community engagement (DMs, comments, basic customer queries)
Maintain posting calendars and ensure timely execution
Monitor performance metrics and generate weekly reports
Stay updated with trends and adapt content strategies accordingly
Skill Requirements:
Strong understanding of social media trends and platform algorithms
Good communication & copywriting skills
Basic knowledge of ads (not mandatory but preferred)
Ability to work with cross-functional teams
