Job Description

We are looking for a talented and creative Social Media Executive to manage and grow the online presence of our gym. The ideal candidate should be passionate about fitness, skilled in content creation, and experienced in handling social media platforms. You will be responsible for end-to-end social media operations such as creating engaging content, increasing brand visibility, and driving audience engagement across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality fitness and gym-related content (posts, reels, stories, performance marketing, and captions).
- Manage and regularly update all social media platforms - Instagram, Facebook, Threads etc.
- Engage with the audience by responding to DMs, comments, and inquiries.
- Track social media performance and prepare simple weekly/monthly reports.
- Stay updated with current fitness trends, viral content ideas, and social media best practices.
- Collaborate with the team to promote offers, events, and brand campaigns.

Requirements

- 3-4 years of proven experience in social media management or digital content creation.
- Strong skills in writing, video editing, graphic design, SEO, storytelling, audience understanding, social media marketing, and analytics.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
- Passion for fitness and social media trends.
- Experience using social media analytics tools.
- Excellent communication skills and creativity.
