Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Executive to manage, grow, and optimize our brand's social media presence. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in content creation, social campaigns, audience engagement, and analytics.

Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with marketing goals. Create, schedule, and manage engaging content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube. Monitor social media channels, respond to audience queries, and build community engagement. Analyze performance metrics, generate insights, and optimize campaigns. Collaborate with designers and content creators for high-quality posts. Assist in running paid social media campaigns and promotions. Keep up-to-date with trends, competitor activities, and best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, or related field (preferred). Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management. Proficient with social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.). Strong knowledge of content creation tools (Canva, Photoshop, video editing software). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
