We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to manage and grow the online presence of a home bakery brand. The ideal candidate should understand food content, trends, aesthetics, and how to convert views into orders.
? Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
Shoot and edit videos/reels specifically for bakery products (cakes, desserts, workshops, hampers, etc.).
Design visually appealing posts, stories, and marketing creatives.
Handle DMs, comments, and customer engagement professionally.
Work on monthly content calendars and campaign planning.
Track analytics, insights, and performance of posts to optimize content.
Coordinate during special launches: festivals, workshops, menu launches, seasonal items.
Suggest trending ideas to increase reach, followers, and conversions.
Assist with basic copywriting: captions, hooks, CTA, product descriptions.
Maintain brand voice, consistency, and aesthetic.
Skills Required
Strong knowledge of Instagram trends, reels, and content strategy.
Basic photography & videography (food styling is a plus).
Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools.
Video editing skills ( Instagram Edit App )
Good communication & customer interaction skills.
Creative thinking + ability to work with deadlines.

Experience in the food industry or with home baker brands.
Understanding of bakery aesthetics, cake styling, and recipe content.
Ability to create content calendars independently.
