We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive who can manage our brand's digital presence, create engaging content, and grow our online community. You will handle day-to-day social media operations, implement marketing strategies, and collaborate with the team to increase brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, plan, and execute social media content strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
Create engaging posts, reels, stories, graphics, and short-form videos.
Monitor social media trends and incorporate them into content planning.
Respond to comments, DMs, and maintain community engagement.
Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions).
Collaborate with design, video, and marketing teams for campaigns.
Schedule and publish posts using tools like Buffer, Meta Suite, or Hootsuite.
Run social media ads (optional/if applicable).
Assist with influencer marketing and brand collaborations.
Requirements:
6-1 years of experience in social media management or relevant role.
Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
Experience with reels, short video editing, and basic graphic design tools (Canva).
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
Creative thinking and ability to generate fresh content ideas.
Familiar with analytics platforms (Insights, Creator Studio, Google Analytics).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
