Manage daily client communication -- understanding requirements, setting expectations, and ensuring timely delivery.
Create compelling social media proposals, strategy decks, and performance reports.
Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, reels, etc.) across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
Collaborate with design and content teams to maintain brand consistency and creative quality.
Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and competitor activities.
Oversee influencer collaborations, campaign planning, and content approvals.
Coordinate with marketing/performance teams for paid promotions and ad campaigns.
Engage actively with online communities -- respond to comments, messages, and brand mentions.
Contribute innovative ideas during brainstorming and campaign discussions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2-4 years of hands-on experience in social media management.
Strong client communication, presentation, and proposal writing skills.
Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Creative thinker with a solid understanding of content trends and audience engagement.
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and manage multiple clients efficiently.
Knowledge of paid campaigns, influencer marketing, and analytics tools will be an added advantage.
