Job profile - Social Media Executive
Experience -2 to 4 yrs

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute effective social media strategies for multiple brands.

Manage day-to-day client communication, understand requirements, and ensure expectations are met.

Prepare social media proposals, strategy decks, and performance reports for clients.

Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, reels, etc.) across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.

Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure brand consistency and creative quality.

Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics to improve future campaigns.

Stay updated on social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging tools.

Manage influencer collaborations, campaign planning, and content approvals.

Handle paid promotions (boosts/ads) in coordination with the marketing or performance team.

Engage with online communities by responding to comments, messages, and brand mentions.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative campaign ideas.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

2-4 years of hands-on experience in social media management..

Strong experience in client communication, presentation, and proposal writing.

Proficiency in social media management tools

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Creative thinker with a deep understanding of content trends and audience engagement.

Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and manage multiple clients simultaneously.

Knowledge of paid campaigns, influencer marketing, and analytics tools is a plus.
