The Social Media Executive will be primarily responsible for content creation, curation, scheduling, and monitoring across multiple social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement. The role requires hands-on execution of posts, tracking performance metrics, boosting engagement, and ensuring consistent presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and YouTube. The candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and updated with Meta Ads and platform-specific best practices.
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables:
Content Creation & Curation:
Develop engaging written and visual content tailored to different platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube). Curate relevant content that resonates with the target audience.
Content Scheduling & Publishing:
Manage and maintain a content calendar. Ensure timely posting across platforms using scheduling tools.
Audience Engagement & Community Management:
Monitor and analyze likes, shares, comments, and overall traction. Interact with audiences, respond to meaningful comments, and foster engagement.
Performance Analysis:
Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, impressions, and shares. Provide insights on how to boost engagement. Prepare regular reports for the marketing team.
Paid Media & Budget Management:
Execute Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn promotions, etc.), manage budgets efficiently, and ensure optimized ROI.
Platform Knowledge & Management:
Stay well-versed with updates, algorithm changes, and trends across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and YouTube to ensure content effectiveness.
Content Ideation:
Generate fresh ideas for posts, campaigns, and short-form video content aligned with the brand voice and audience interest.

Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience in social media execution and management
Technical Knowledge: Social Media Management tools, Meta Ads Manager, Analytics dashboards.
