Social Media Executive
with minimum 2- 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for social media, particularly within the medical or healthcare industry, and possess strong expertise in curating content, running ad campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to drive brand growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Management:
Oversee and manage content creation for various social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, X (formerly Twitter), and LinkedIn.
Strategy Development:
Design and implement effective social media strategies to enhance the brand's presence, engagement, and online visibility within the healthcare sector.
Analytics & Performance Monitoring:
Utilize social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) to track performance and refine strategies to achieve optimal results.
Social Media Ads:
Run, optimize, and track performance of paid social media campaigns across platforms.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with the content and marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging and campaigns.
Industry Awareness:
Stay updated on the latest trends in social media and the medical/healthcare industry to ensure compliance with content guidelines and best practices.
Graphic Design:
Create visually appealing posts, stories, and other content using design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).
Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in social media management, with a focus on the medical/healthcare industry preferred.
Platform Expertise:
In-depth understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, X) and their unique algorithms and audience engagement tactics.
Performance Marketing:
Proven experience in running social media ads and optimizing for performance, with measurable results.
Analytics Skills:
Proficient in using social media analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.) to monitor and analyze key performance metrics.
Communication & Creativity:
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a creative approach to content creation and engagement.
Design Skills:
Experience in graphic design using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator is a plus.
