Education:
Bachelor's degree in
Mass Communication, Marketing, Journalism, English, Media Studies
, or any related field.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing and executing social media strategies across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Research trending topics, competitor activity, and industry insights to inform content planning.
Coordinate with the digital media team to align on campaign goals and deliverables.
Support in content scheduling, posting, and basic analytics reporting.
Monitor social media engagement and suggest improvements.
Assist in basic ad management and audience targeting under guidance.
Report directly to the Digital Media Head with updates and progress reports.
Requirements:
Good command of written and verbal English communication.
Basic understanding of social media platforms and their functionalities.
Eagerness to learn about digital marketing and advertising.
Strong research skills and attention to detail.
Team player with good coordination and time management skills.
Preferred (but not mandatory):
Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Ads Manager.
Coursework or certification in digital marketing.
