About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Subject Matter Expert (SME) with at least one year of hands-on experience in their domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality expertise, contributing to content development, and ensuring the accuracy and relevance of domain-specific material.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide in-depth knowledge and insights in the assigned subject/domain Review, develop, and enhance content, solutions, or processes Collaborate with internal teams including content creators, product developers, and quality analysts Stay updated with the latest trends, standards, and developments in the subject area Participate in quality checks and ensure accuracy, relevance, and clarity of materials Support training or onboarding initiatives by sharing domain expertise Assist in resolving subject-related queries or escalations

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of professional experience as an SME or in a closely related role Strong academic background or practical experience in [Insert Subject/Domain, e.g., Mathematics, Finance, IT, etc.] Excellent written and verbal communication skills Analytical thinking and attention to detail Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative environment Familiarity with digital tools and platforms related to content creation or review is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field Experience working in ed-tech, consulting, or research-driven roles is an advantage Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
