Analytics & Reporting

: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, follower growth, and conversion metrics. Prepare regular reports to inform strategy adjustments.

Campaign Development

: Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement social media campaigns aligned with business goals.

Trend Monitoring

: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure content remains relevant and engaging.AvaHR

Collaboration

: Work closely with content creators, designers, and other departments to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.

Crisis Management

: Handle any negative publicity or social media crises with professionalism and promptness, maintaining the brand's reputation.
