Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented

Social Media Coordinator

to manage and grow our online presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, scheduling posts, monitoring social interactions, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize social media strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a social media content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns and business objectives. Create, curate, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos, etc.) across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, and TikTok. Monitor social media accounts for community engagement and respond to comments and messages promptly. Collaborate with designers, writers, and other team members to maintain brand consistency. Track and analyze KPIs such as reach, engagement, and follower growth using tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social. Stay current with trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep content fresh and relevant. Coordinate with influencers or partners for social collaborations and campaigns. Support paid social campaigns by helping with asset creation and performance reporting.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (or equivalent experience). 1 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing. Proficiency with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and scheduling platforms. Strong writing, editing, and communication skills. Basic knowledge of SEO and social media advertising is a plus. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in video editing or short-form video production (Reels, YouTube Shorts). Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.). Prior experience in a specific industry (e.g., fashion, tech, education) can be an advantage.
