Key Roles & Responsibilities
Create, manage, and publish engaging content across platforms such as
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
.
Design and execute
monthly content calendars
aligned with marketing objectives and campaigns.
Actively monitor comments, messages, and interactions to build and maintain a strong online community.
Coordinate with designers, content writers, and video editors to ensure brand consistency and high-quality creatives.
Track and analyze performance metrics including reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversions using tools like
Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics
, and similar platforms.
Stay updated with social media trends, algorithm changes, and viral content opportunities.
Support internal teams during
events, launches, and campaigns
through social media promotions.
Analyze competitor activity and recommend strategies for improvement and growth.
Prepare
weekly and monthly performance reports
with insights and action plans.
Handle on-site client content creation using
iPhones
, including capturing daily activities, coordinating approvals with teachers, and uploading final creatives to the campaign portal.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in
Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism
, or a related field.
1-3 years
of hands-on experience in social media management.
Working knowledge of tools such as
Canva, Meta Business Suite
, and similar platforms.
Strong understanding of social media algorithms, KPIs, and best practices.
Excellent communication skills with a creative mindset and strong attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of design or video editing tools such as
InShot, VN, CapCut, Clipchamp
, etc., is an added advantage.

Experience with
