About the Role:

Maven Jobs is looking for a creative and strategy-driven Social Media Marketing (SMM)

Executive who has hands-on experience managing both Organic and Paid social media

campaigns, with a strong focus on Organic growth. The ideal candidate should be capable of

building brand presence, growing the right audience, and driving engagement across multiple

platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

? Plan and execute organic social media strategies to grow audience and engagement

? Manage and optimize SM profiles on LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, FB and YouTube

? Create platform-specific content strategies for business growth and brand visibility

? Plan content calendars and publish posts using automation tools like Buffer, Metricool,

or Publer

? Design high-quality social media creatives using Canva

? Create and edit Reels, Shorts, or basic videos (added advantage)

? Analyze performance metrics and improve content based on insights

? Manage paid social media campaigns (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn Ads) as a plus

? Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices

? Collaborate with internal teams for campaigns, branding, and messaging

Required Skills & Experience:

? 1+ year of experience in Social Media Marketing

? Strong experience in Organic Social Media Growth

? Proven knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube strategies

? Good designing skills using Canva

? Understanding of hashtags, posting timing, and audience behavior

? Strong communication and content planning skills

Good to Have (Plus Points):

? Experience with Paid Social Media Ads

? Basic video editing or reel creation skills

? Knowledge of analytics tools and performance tracking

? Experience working with business or brand-focused accounts

? Hands-on experience with social media automation & scheduling tools

(Buffer, Metricool, Publer, or similar)
