Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.
Create and curate engaging content for platforms such as
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube
, etc.
Plan and schedule posts using tools like
Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite
.
Monitor social media channels for trends, comments, and customer feedback.
Collaborate with design, marketing, and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
Run and optimize paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers, CTR, conversions, etc.) and prepare regular reports.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
Assist in influencer collaborations, online contests, and brand campaigns.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
1-3 years of proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or agency.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and analytics tools.
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with attention to detail and time management skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads.
Video editing knowledge (Reels, Shorts, etc.).
Familiarity with SEO and content marketing.
