Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
Design basic creatives or coordinate with the design team for visual content
Write compelling captions and copy aligned with brand voice
Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and viral content opportunities
Respond to comments, messages, and DMs in a timely and professional manner
Track performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.
Run and manage paid promotions (Facebook/Instagram ads is a plus)
Collaborate with content writers, designers, and marketing team to execute campaigns
Maintain consistency in brand tone, visuals, and messaging
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field
1-3 years of proven experience in managing brand social media accounts
Good understanding of social media algorithms and best practices
Strong copywriting, storytelling, and visual content skills
Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, etc.
Excellent time management and creativity
Knowledge of paid ad campaigns is a bonus
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of trending reels, memes, and interactive content
Ability to manage multiple pages/accounts
Basic video editing skills (optional)
