Job Description

A Social Media Executive manages a company's online presence by creating engaging content (text, image, video), scheduling posts, monitoring channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, X), engaging with followers, analyzing performance metrics, and adapting strategies to build brand awareness, drive leads, and foster community, requiring strong writing, creativity, and digital marketing knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation: Develop, write, and design posts, images, videos, and stories tailored to each platform and audience.

Strategy & Planning: Contribute to and implement social media strategies, including content calendars and campaign ideas.

Photography: Should be good in adobe photoshop.

Community Management: Monitor mentions, respond to comments/messages, foster discussions, and manage online reputation.

Scheduling & Publishing: Use scheduling tools to post content at optimal times for maximum reach.

Performance Analysis: Track key metrics (engagement, reach, ROI) using analytics tools and report on results.

Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on new platforms, features, and digital marketing trends.

Paid Campaigns: May involve creating and managing paid social media advertising.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is common.

Experience: Proven experience in managing social media platforms.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with social media management/analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager).

Soft Skills: Excellent writing, editing, communication, creativity, analytical thinking, and time management.

Platform Knowledge: Deep understanding of various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, etc.) and SEO basics.

Typical Tools Used

Scheduling: Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social (implied).

Analytics: Google Analytics, native platform insights.

Design: Canva, Adobe Suite (implied).

Advertising: Facebook Ads Manager, etc..

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
