2. Content Calendar Management: Plan and maintain a well-organized content calendar
that outlines the timing and themes of social media posts. Schedule posts and manage
day-to-day social media activities.
3. Community Engagement: Actively engage with our social media communities,
responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and courteously. Cultivate a
positive and interactive online presence.
4. Social Media Advertising: Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to
enhance brand awareness, increase website traffic, and achieve specific marketing goals.
5. Team Leadership and Collaboration: Oversee a team of social media specialists and
coordinate their efforts to achieve common goals. Foster a collaborative and creative
work environment to drive innovation and excellence.
6. Social Media Metrics: Track and analyze social media performance using analytical
tools. Generate comprehensive reports on key metrics, identify trends, and propose data-

Requirements: 1. Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role
within the digital marketing industry.
