The Opportunity
ISMG is seeking a Social Media Executive to manage content production and campaign execution across our global brand portfolio. This role will directly support ISMG's growth by elevating our branding, driving engagement, and creating awareness of our diverse products, business units, and solutions.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on impactful digital campaigns for a global media organization in the fast-growing cybersecurity and B2B technology space. You'll collaborate with marketing, business leaders, and creative teams to deliver high-quality content and measurable results. Our ideal candidate is highly creative, experienced in executing and reporting on social media campaigns, and eager to grow their career in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Execution: Support the development and execution of social media strategies across ISMG's brands.
• Content Management: Create, schedule, and publish engaging content for LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and other channels.
• Campaign Management: Build and manage organic and paid campaigns (LinkedIn, X, Google Ads) aligned with business objectives.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track performance, share insights, and optimize campaigns to drive engagement, traffic, and ROI.
• Collaboration: Work closely with design, marketing, and external agencies to deliver campaigns on time and on brand.
• Tools & Platforms: Leverage social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprinklr, etc.) to streamline publishing, monitoring, and reporting.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in social media marketing, ideally within B2B or technology sectors.
• Proven experience executing and reporting on both organic and paid social campaigns.
• Strong skills in content creation, social copywriting, and campaign management.
• Experience managing corporate social media pages and YouTube channels.
• Familiarity with social media tools (Hootsuite, Sprinklr, etc.) and performance analytics.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Creative thinker with passion for innovation and strong co-creation skills.
• Excellent communication and command of English to foster global collaboration.
• Bonus: Experience in cybersecurity, performance marketing, or digital marketing fundamentals.
