Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented

Social Media Executive

to manage and grow our brand presence across digital platforms. The role involves content planning, execution, community engagement, and performance tracking, aligned with our premium gifting and lifestyle brands.

Roles & Responsibilities

Plan, create, and publish engaging content across

Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms

Develop monthly

content calendars

aligned with campaigns, festivals, product launches, and brand storytelling Coordinate with

design, photography, and marketing teams

for creatives, reels, and shoots Write compelling

captions, hashtags, and copy

that reflect brand tone and positioning Manage

daily posting, scheduling, and basic editing

(reels, stories, posts) Monitor comments, DMs, and community interactions in a timely and professional manner Track and analyze

performance metrics

(reach, engagement, growth) and share insights Stay updated with

social media trends, formats, and platform algorithms

Support influencer collaborations, brand campaigns, and launches Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Media, or related field (preferred) 1-3 years of experience in

social media handling

(agency or brand side) Strong command over

English & Hindi

(written) Understanding of

Instagram reels, trends, hashtags, and content formats

Basic knowledge of tools like

Meta Business Suite, Canva, InShot, or similar

Creative mindset with attention to detail Ability to multitask and work with timelines

Good to Have

Experience with

premium, lifestyle, gifting, or D2C brands

Basic understanding of

paid ads

or influencer marketing Photography or short-form video editing skills
