The Social Media Manager is responsible for planning, creating, managing, and analyzing content across social media platforms to enhance brand awareness, engage audiences, and support business objectives. The role requires creativity, communication skills, and an understanding of digital trends.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with organizational goals
Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, images, videos, reels, stories)
Manage social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube
Monitor comments, messages, and mentions; respond professionally and promptly
Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly/weekly reports
Run and optimize paid social media campaigns (if required)
Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices
Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams
Manage online reputation and handle customer feedback effectively
Skills & Competencies
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Creativity and content planning ability
Knowledge of social media tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, etc.)

Qualifications
