The Social Media Manager is responsible for planning, creating, and managing content across the organization's social media platforms. The role focuses on increasing brand awareness, engaging the audience, and supporting marketing and business goals through effective social media strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with company objectives
Create, schedule, and publish content (posts, stories, reels, videos)
Manage social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube
Monitor comments, messages, and mentions; respond professionally
Analyze social media performance using analytics tools
Plan and execute paid social media campaigns (if required)
Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams
Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and platform updates
Maintain brand voice, consistency, and online reputation
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of social media tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
Basic understanding of graphic design and video content
Ability to analyze data and prepare performance reports
Creativity, time management, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills
Experience with paid ads and campaign management
Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing basics
Photography and video editing skills
Influencer marketing experience
