About the Role

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Executive to join our growing digital marketing team. The ideal candidate is someone who lives and breathes social media, understands what drives engagement, and can leverage AI tools to create content that delivers results.

You'll be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing our U.S. social media strategy -- focused on brand growth, community engagement, and e-commerce conversions.

Key Responsibilities

l Analyze, define, and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and revenue goals.

l Manage and grow presence across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other key platforms.

l Create, schedule, and publish engaging content that reflects the brand's voice and aesthetics.

l Use AI tools to generate creative, high-performing social media content and visuals.

l Monitor performance metrics, report insights, and optimize campaigns for better engagement and conversions.

l Respond promptly to comments, DMs, and community interactions to build meaningful relationships.

l Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes.

l Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to plan and execute campaign strategies.

l Experiment with AI-driven marketing strategies and emerging digital tools.

l Bring creative, out-of-the-box ideas to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Requirements

l Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.

l 0-2 years of hands-on experience in managing brand social media pages.

l Strong understanding of social media algorithms, audience behavior, and current trends.

l Familiarity with AI tools for content creation (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI, Midjourney, etc.).

l Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

l Passion for beauty, wellness, and skincare storytelling is a strong plus.

l Creative mindset with attention to detail and consistency.

Pay: ?10,411.54 - ?35,759.79 per month
