Location: Mumbai [Andheri East, Marol]

Role & Responsibilities:

? The Social Media Strategist is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing

the company's overall social media strategy in order to support and improve online

presence and the overall digital marketing efforts.

? Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy

? Define the most important social media KPIs

? Manage and oversee social media content

? Measure the success of every social media campaign

? Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies

? Know how to use social media marketing tools such as Buffer or any other social media

tool

? Work in a multidisciplinary team with copywriters and designers

? Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams

? Track and analyze SEO to provide effective solutions for content optimization

? To make the Monthly & Campaign review reports

? Network with industry professionals and influencers via social media

? Hire and train others in the team

? Provide constructive feedback

Qualifications Required:

1. 2 to 4 years of experience as a Social Media Strategist or similar role [ Prior experience in the BFSI sector would be preferred]

2. Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google, and other social media platforms & best practices.

3. Practical knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics

4. Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research

5. Good understanding of social media KPIs

6. Familiarity with web design

7. Outstanding multitasking skills

8. Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

9. Team player

10. Good organizational and time-management skills

11. Great interpersonal and communication skills

12. MA degree in Marketing or a similar relevant field.
