Job description:
? Manage, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos) across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
? Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to design content calendars and campaigns.
? Track social media trends, hashtags, and viral formats to keep the brand relevant.
? Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews.
? Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and designers to ensure brand-consistent visuals.
? Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports to optimize strategy and growth.
? Support in influencer collaborations and digital marketing campaigns.
Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
? 1-3 years of proven experience in managing social media (hospitality/F&B brand experience preferred).
? Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
? Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Photoshop, or video editing apps.
? Creative mindset with attention to detail and a love for storytelling.
