Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to manage and grow Solino Home's social media presence. The ideal candidate should have a strong visual sense, an understanding of home decor aesthetics, and the ability to create engaging content aligned with our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and execute content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube Develop monthly content calendars aligned with brand campaigns and product launches Create engaging reels, stories, static posts, and carousel content Write compelling captions, hashtags, and short-form copy Coordinate with photography, visual merchandising, and marketing teams Manage posting schedules and ensure timely uploads Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages Track performance metrics and prepare regular social media reports Monitor trends, competitors, and platform updates Support influencer collaborations and brand campaigns
Required Skills & Qualifications:

2+ years of experience as a Social Media Executive (home decor/textile/fashion preferred) Strong understanding of visual storytelling and aesthetics Hands-on experience with Instagram Reels and Stories Basic design knowledge (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) Understanding of social media analytics Excellent communication and coordination skills
Preferred Skills:

Experience with D2C or e-commerce brands Knowledge of Shopify and Meta Business Suite Basic video editing skills Experience handling influencers or creators
