We are expanding our digital presence and looking for a Social Media Executive who can bring creativity, consistency, and strategy to our brand.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily social media activities across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube Create engaging content: reels, posts, stories, carousels, ad creatives Work closely with departments (Automation, Lighting, Kitchen, AV, Accounts, HR) to gather content Shoot basic videos/photos during site visits, events & product demos Build and maintain a monthly social media content calendar Monitor performance analytics, insights & trends Engage with audience (DMs, comments, queries) Execute paid ad campaigns when required Coordinate with photographers, videographers & creative agencies Track competitor activity and suggest new ideas

Skills & Requirements

1-3 years of experience in Social Media / Digital Marketing Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn algorithms Hands-on experience with Canva / CapCut / Photoshop Good communication skills with creative storytelling ability Ability to handle shoots and basic editing Strong sense of design, aesthetics and brand voice Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies or equivalent Certification in Social Media / Digital Marketing is an added advantage
