Job Title: Social Media Executive

Location: NIBM, PUNE

Experience Required: 1 - 3 Years

Industry Preference: Must have worked with Food & Beverage (F&B) brands / cafes / restaurants

Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Executive who has hands-on experience managing F&B brands. The ideal candidate should understand trending content, audience behaviour in the food industry, and the ability to build strong engagement and footfall through social media.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute monthly social media calendars for F&B clients

Create engaging content ideas (reels, posts, stories, campaigns, menu promos, offers etc.)

Coordinate with design & photo/video teams for creative development

Write captions, hashtags and messaging aligned with brand voice

Manage daily posting on Instagram, Facebook and other required platforms

Run social media contests, collaborations & influencer activities

Monitor insights, engagement, and campaign performance

Respond to comments, reviews, and messages to maintain brand interaction

Stay updated with F&B trends and competitor activities

Work closely with clients to understand requirements and campaign goals

Skills Required

Experience handling F&B brands is mandatory

Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and trending content

Good communication & copywriting skills

Knowledge of insights, analytics & performance metrics

Ability to think creatively and execute ideas quickly

Basic knowledge of influencer marketing is a plus

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Mass Communication / Business / Media or related field (preferred)

Salary: Based on experience and industry standards
