Social Media Executive

Responsibilities

Strong in ideation, scripting, caption writing, and storytelling

Able to create platform-specific content for Instagram & LinkedIn

Updated with social media trends, formats, memes, reels, hooks & digital culture

Solid understanding of social media marketing

Skilled in planning monthly calendars, content buckets & strategy decks

Basic understanding of client servicing and client communication

Can take briefs, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely deliveries

Strong spoken and written communication skills

Comfortable facing the camera for reels or UGC-style videos when required

Coordinate with designers, editors, and internal teams to deliver campaigns

Participate in brainstorming sessions with creative ideas

Bonus Skills (Not mandatory but great to have!)

Understanding of influencer marketing

Basic knowledge of PR functions

Familiarity with social media tools like Canva
