Job purpose:

Manage and enhance the organization's online presence through various social media platforms.

Duties and responsibilities:

Create, curate, and publish engaging content across social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.

Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.

Stay informed about industry trends, social media tools, and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive.

Write compelling and concise copy for posts, captions, and promotional materials.

Foster a positive online community by engaging with followers, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues.

Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Able to handle calls

Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends and best practices.

Good written and verbal communication skills.
