Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and publish daily content (posts, reels, stories, videos) across social media platforms
Manage brand presence on
Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn
, and WhatsApp
Coordinate photoshoots & video shoots with internal team or external creators
Write engaging, brand-aligned captions and copy
Stay ahead of social media trends, audios, formats, and viral content
Work with design team to create creatives, reels, and short-form content
Monitor comments, messages, and community engagement
Run basic paid promotions (boosting, audience selection, objectives)
Track analytics & insights to improve performance
Plan monthly content calendars and campaign ideas
Collaborate with marketing team for product launches, events, and offers
Maintain brand consistency in tone, style, and design
Skills & Requirements
Strong understanding of
Instagram Reels, trends, hashtags, caption writing, and storytelling
Basic knowledge of
Canva / Photoshop
is a plus
Ability to ideate and convert concepts into creative content
Good communication skills & copywriting ability
Understanding of metrics: reach, engagement, CTR, retention
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Experience with a
food brand
is an added advantage
Should be active on social media personally
