Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

? Ability to conceptualize, shoot, and edit video content using a mobile phone

? Create and publish content in multiple formats including:

? Short-form videos

? Static creatives and carousels

? Captions, hashtags, and copywriting for social posts

? Coordinate with designers and editors as needed

? Monitor content performance and make improvement suggestions

? Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm updates, and best practices

? Develop engaging, creative and innovative content and support the planning &execution of content calendars

Requirements:

? 6-12 months of relevant experience

? Strong communication and interpersonal skills

? Basic video editing skills (mobile or desktop platforms like CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Pro is a plus)

? Good sense of visual aesthetics and content storytelling

? Good understanding with social media platforms, their features, and audience behaviors

? Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,451.95 - ₹20,808.92 per month
