Nishorama is a fast-growing fashion & lifestyle startup, and we're looking for a Social Media Executive who can ideate, execute, create, and engage content that truly connects with our audience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Ideation & Strategy: Plan and brainstorm fresh, trend-driven, and brand-relevant content ideas.
2. Content Creation: Create high-quality posts, reels, stories, videos, graphics, and copy tailored for different social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.).
3. Execution & Posting: Manage the content calendar, schedule, and publish content consistently.
4. Engagement & Community Building: Actively respond to DMs, comments, and queries; build strong relationships with followers.
5. Analytics & Growth: Track performance, analyze insights, and recommend strategies for better reach, engagement, and conversions.
6. Collaboration: Work with the marketing, design, and content teams to ensure alignment with campaigns and brand identity.
7. Trendspotting: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep Nishorama's content innovative and fresh.
Requirements
1. 1 to 3 years of experience managing brand social media accounts (fashion/e-commerce/D2C background is a plus).
2. Strong content creation skills (copywriting, reels, video editing, graphics).
3. Creative thinker with a deep understanding of social media culture and trends.
4. Excellent communication and community engagement skills.
5. Proficiency in tools like Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar is an added advantage.

Pay: ?10,335.95 - ?30,877.90 per month
