Role Overview
We're looking for a
Social Media Executive
who can conceptualize, create, and manage content across:
TheBoredMonkey's social media pages
(LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube)
Our CEO's personal brand
(LinkedIn + Instagram)
Client social media pages
, as part of integrated campaigns
The right candidate will understand how to make content that's smart, trend-driven, and aligned with each platform's audience and tone.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute monthly social media calendars.
Write engaging copy, captions, and scripts for posts and short-form videos.
Collaborate with design and video teams to create visually strong, on-brand content.
Stay updated with trends, memes, and viral formats to keep our pages relevant.
Adapt tone and messaging for different platforms and personalities (brand, CEO, clients).
Track and analyze post performance to refine strategy.
Manage engagement and maintain brand voice across comments and DMs.
Requirements
1-2 years of experience managing social media for brands, agencies, or founders.
Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube algorithms & best practices.
Excellent writing and storytelling skills.
Creative mindset with an understanding of design and aesthetics.
Hands-on experience with tools like Canva, Figma, or Meta Business Suite.
Ability to multitask and work across multiple accounts efficiently.
