Job Description

Hi, we're looking for someone well-versed in handling social media accounts and related work. We prefer candidates who have graphic design and video editing skills (for social media work specifically). As our SM Executive, you will be running our social media accounts. This includes:

Managing social media hygiene Scheduling posts and reels as per a pre-determined calendar Creating additional sales aids as and when required Overseeing marketing campaigns such as ads and post boosts Replying to leads and potential inquiries on social media (and doing prompt follow-ups)

Loose diamonds (B2B aspect where we want B2B-friendly social media posting to encourage contact) Diamond jewelry (not yet started - we're looking to expand into e-commerce, this will be B2C or customer-facing)
So far, we've had problems with freelancers and agencies because they are not doing their due diligence in understanding our priorities or the product. For example, the white diamond itself can be multiple things. If you are not going to keep the various facets related to diamonds in mind when creating and managing our social media, the output will not be ideal for us.

This is onsite. You will be expected to come to the office and handle your responsibilities on a regular basis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
