to join our team and help drive community engagement, brand storytelling, and visual presence across social platforms.
Role Overview
As a
Social Media Executive
, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing content across platforms like
Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn, and more
. You'll work closely with the creative, content, and influencer teams to elevate The Living Co's digital presence and engage our growing community.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage the
content calendar
across all key social platforms.
Write compelling
captions, hooks, and CTAs
in line with the brand voice.
Coordinate with design and video teams to ensure timely delivery of assets.
Track trends in beauty, wellness, and social media to inspire new content formats.
Schedule, post, and monitor content using tools like
Later, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite
.
Engage with the community -- respond to DMs, comments, and brand mentions.
Collaborate with influencers and UGC creators for social-first content.
Analyze performance data and suggest improvements for growth and engagement.
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in managing social media for a D2C, beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brand.
Strong understanding of platform-specific trends (especially Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube Shorts).
Excellent written and visual communication skills.
Familiarity with tools like
Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express
, or
AI-based content tools
is a plus.
Proactive mindset, with the ability to take ownership of timelines and content flow.
Passion for the beauty, wellness, and lifestyle space.
Nice to Have
Experience working with influencers or UGC creators.
Basic understanding of
performance metrics
like engagement rate, reach, saves, etc.
Ability to edit short-form videos or reels.
