Role - Social Media Executive

We are seeking a talented Social Media Executive with a strong client servicing aptitude to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing social media marketing campaigns, effectively collaborating with the content team, implementing digital marketing strategies, and creating reports.

Responsibilities

:

Creative Development: Design visually appealing graphics, images, and videos using tools like Canva to enhance content quality. The creatives to not limited to Social media but also include other marketing collaterals like brochures, flyers, banners, standees, etc. Collaboration: Develop and manage relationships with internal stakeholders and clients to execute effective marketing activities. Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyse social media metrics and performance. Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven recommendations. Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our content remains relevant and innovative. Social Media Content Creation: Develop high-quality, engaging content across various social media channels, especially LinkedIn.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience of 2-3 years in digital marketing, content writing, and social media management. Bachelor's degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Mass Media, Marketing, or any related field. Proven experience in social media marketing with a strong portfolio showcasing exceptional and diverse writing and design skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders. Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritise tasks effectively. Strong attention to detail with time-management and organisational skills. Familiarity with any graphic designer tool (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Solid understanding of two key social media platforms - LinkedIn and Instagram
