Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of company social media handles (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.)
Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos, etc.)
Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications to enhance performance
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Plan and execute social media campaigns aligned with marketing objectives
Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop creative ideas
Track, analyse, and report on key performance metrics and engagement data
Suggest improvements and strategies to increase brand visibility and audience growth
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field
1-2 years of proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or agency
Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms
Basic knowledge of social media advertising tools (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
Creative thinking with excellent written and visual communication skills
Basic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) are a plus
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
