Create, curate, and schedule engaging content including graphics, videos, and copy.
Monitor social media channels, respond to messages, comments, and queries promptly.
Support campaign planning and execution for events, launches, and awareness initiatives.
Track, analyze, and report social media performance using analytics tools.
Stay updated with trends, tools, and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies for creative and content support.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
Strong writing, communication, and creative skills.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics).
Basic knowledge of graphic design/video editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.) is a plus.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable Attributes:
Passion for storytelling and digital engagement.
Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and community management.
