Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Executive with at least 1 year of professional experience in managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and driving online engagement. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, analytics, and content strategy to enhance brand presence and audience growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and execute day-to-day social media activities across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube.) Create engaging and visually appealing posts, stories, and reels. Develop monthly content calendars and campaign ideas aligned with brand goals. Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity. Run and optimize paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads.) Coordinate with the design, content, and marketing teams for campaign execution. Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries promptly. Suggest creative growth strategies to improve social presence and engagement.

Key Skills Required:

Proficiency in social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer.) Basic knowledge of paid advertising and analytics (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics). Strong written and visual communication skills. Basic design skills using Canva or Adobe tools.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in a social media or digital marketing role.
