This role requires a mix of
strategy, content creation, copywriting, video scripting, publishing, and community building
. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, with the ability to grow engagement, build brand voice, and manage content calendars seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities.
1. Content Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute monthly content calendars for multiple personal and brand accounts across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
Research industry trends, competitor activities, and content opportunities to craft unique and engaging posts.
Plan both long-form and short-form content tailored to platform algorithms.
2. Content Creation & Copywriting
Write engaging copy for social posts, captions, video descriptions, and newsletters.
Script compelling video content that aligns with the personal branding and business objectives.
Repurpose content across platforms while maintaining tone, style, and voice consistency.
3. Social Media Management
Schedule, publish, and manage posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
Manage day-to-day engagement (comments, DMs, mentions) to build relationships with the audience.
Track performance metrics and provide actionable insights for improvement.
4. Community Building & Growth
Strategize and execute initiatives to build and nurture online communities for both personal and brand accounts.
Contribute to the development of a
newsletter strategy
to expand reach and strengthen the community.
Support in creating engagement-driven activities (polls, Q&A, giveaways, etc.).
5. Personal Branding Support
Manage LinkedIn presence for multiple senior professionals with
weekly posts
.
Ensure thought leadership, positioning, and credibility through content that highlights expertise and achievements.
6. Analytics & Reporting
Monitor KPIs (engagement, growth, impressions, reach, CTR, etc.) across all platforms.
Share weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
Requirements
3+ years of proven experience
in managing personal and business social media accounts.
Strong understanding of
LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube algorithms & best practices
.
Excellent
copywriting and storytelling skills
.
Experience in
video scripting and creative direction(Basic Level)
.
Familiarity with
social media management tools
and analytics dashboards.
Ability to balance
creative storytelling with data-driven decision-making
.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
Hands-on experience using
Basic design/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools, etc.).
Knowledge of SEO for YouTube and LinkedIn content.
