Social Media Executive
to help us amplify our voice across platforms and engage meaningfully with our community.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.) to drive brand awareness and engagement.
Plan, create, and schedule compelling, on-brand content (reels, posts, stories, etc.) aligned with campaign objectives and skincare trends.
Manage daily operations of social media accounts including posting, monitoring, responding to DMs/comments, and community building.
Collaborate with design, content, influencer, and product teams to produce timely and engaging campaigns and launches.
Stay up to date on skincare trends, industry news, and platform updates to inform content and engagement strategies.
Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly reports to track growth, engagement, and ROI.
Coordinate with influencers and content creators for collaborations and user-generated content.
Handle social media crises or escalations with professionalism and according to brand guidelines.
Requirements
1-3 years of experience managing social media platforms, preferably in the skincare, beauty, or wellness industry.
Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok algorithms, aesthetics, and best practices.
Creative eye for design and storytelling with experience in tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Suite.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for crafting engaging captions and scripts.
Passion for skincare and genuine interest in beauty industry trends and innovations.
Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Later).
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus: Experience with influencer marketing or UGC strategy.
