Job description:
As a Social Media Executive, you will be the digital voice of our brand. Your role will include creating content, managing social platforms, executing strategies, running campaigns, and tracking performance to boost engagement, visibility, and brand loyalty.
Responsibilities
Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and other platforms.
Create eye-catching captions, hashtags, and post formats that align with brand voice.
Plan and execute paid ad campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, and Google.
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, etc.) and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
Coordinate with the design team to create static, carousel, video, and reel creatives.
Stay updated with current trends, viral content, hashtags, and platform updates.
Work closely with marketing and sales teams to support business goals.
Monitor competitors and suggest strategies to stay ahead.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Marathi or Hindi is a bonus).
Creativity, a good eye for design, and a flair for storytelling.
Knowledge of tools like Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics).
Basic knowledge of ad management and targeting.
Time management, multitasking, and organizational skills.
