Work days and hours:
6 days working including Sunday, 11 am to 8 pm. Any one weekday will be off, pre-decided as per candidates convenience. And as and when, required for the events.
Salary:
?15,000 to ?18,000 per month depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement
social media strategies
aligned with reCharkha's vision and campaigns.
Create engaging
content (posts, reels, stories, blogs, videos)
that tells the story of our products, artisans, and impact.
Manage and grow our presence on platforms such as
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter/X
.
Monitor, analyze, and report on
social media performance and insights
to drive improvements.
Engage with our community: respond to queries, comments, and messages in a timely and authentic way.
Coordinate with the design, sales, and operations team to highlight
new products, collaborations, and events
.
Stay up-to-date with
sustainability trends, social media trends, and digital marketing innovations
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or related field
.
1-3 years of relevant experience in
social media management, content creation, or digital marketing
.
Strong storytelling ability with excellent
written and verbal communication
skills.
Proficiency in
Canva, Photoshop, video editing tools, or similar creative software
.
Knowledge of
analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.)
.
Passion for
sustainability, environment, and social change
.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a small team environment.
