for maximum reach and brand awareness.
Collaborate with the communications and project teams to translate initiatives into digital campaigns.
Support
revenue generation initiatives
, including fundraising campaigns, donor engagement, and online promotions.
Track performance metrics, prepare
monthly social media reports
, and suggest improvements.
Skills & Competencies Required:
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, algorithms, and content strategies.
Basic design and editing skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools).
Excellent writing and communication skills in
English
(Marathi/Hindi is a plus).
Creative, analytical, and results-driven mindset.
Ability to multitask, manage campaigns, and meet deadlines.
Understanding of NGO/social sector projects is a bonus.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in
Mass Communication, Marketing, Social Media, Journalism, or related fields

0-2 years experience managing social media professionally or via internships (Freshers with strong skills are encouraged).
Experience in
running ads, content planning, or fundraising campaigns
is a plus.
