Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
Develop creative strategies to increase reach, engagement, and followers.
Run paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to drive leads and conversions.
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and build online community engagement.
Collaborate with the design, content, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.
Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (engagement, impressions, CTR, ROI).
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and new social media tools/algorithms.
Assist in influencer collaborations and partnerships.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Hands-on experience with social media management & analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.).
Knowledge of running and optimizing paid ad campaigns.
Creative thinking with strong copywriting & communication skills.
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
