Social Media Executive

to enhance our online presence and drive engagement across platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities

Plan, create, and manage engaging social media content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Develop and execute campaigns to promote tours, offers, and referral programs. Monitor and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and optimize strategies accordingly. Stay updated with social media trends and implement innovative ideas to strengthen brand presence. Engage with audiences, respond to queries/messages, and build an active online community. Coordinate with the marketing and operations team to align campaigns with tours and company initiatives. Manage paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads/Google Ads) to drive reach and leads. Build and maintain an influencer/creator network to amplify brand visibility.

Key Skills & Requirements

1-3 years of proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role. Strong knowledge of social media tools, trends, and analytics. Creativity in designing posts/reels (basic Canva/Photoshop skills preferred). Video Editing for instagram reels Strong communication skills in English (Hindi/Marathi a plus). Passion for travel and tourism industry preferred.
